Overhead-Mounted Robots from San Max Trade
To save valuable workspace and provide simultaneous access to multiple serviced machines, San Max Trade offers several models of industrial robots designed for overhead installation. This type of mounting allows easy access to pallets and chucks during maintenance. At the same time, the robots maintain high payload capacities ranging from 20 to 200 kg and a reach from 1662 to 2208 mm.
Overhead-mounted robots feature a hollow wrist, ensuring reliable protection of internal wiring, ease of maintenance, and lower operating costs. These robots can be installed on the ceiling or mounted on rails, providing greater flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications.
San Max Trade’s inverted robots have internal routing for tool connections. Compressed air lines and electrical cables are routed inside the manipulator arm, protecting them from potential damage. For some overhead models, a standard Severe Dust/Liquid Protection package is available, providing protection against dust and moisture in accordance with the IP67 standard.
These robots are equipped with high-speed axes, precision gearboxes, and specialized motors that ensure high productivity and unmatched repeatability.
